Beatriz Sarlo (b. 1942) is an Argentine literary and cultural critic. She was also founding editor of the cultural journal Punto de Vista, an important publication covering art and politics founded during the height of Argentina’s military dictatorship led by Jorge Videla. She has written extensively on Argentine culture, literary and otherwise.
