Lhashamgyal

Lhashamgyal has published ten books in Tibetan and Chinese, including works of translation. He is a five-time recipient of the prestigious Drangchar literary award, and numerous other such prizes, including the China Nationality Literature Award, and the National Steed Award for Minority Literature. His short stories and essays have been translated into English and Chinese. His novel The Dear One from Tibet (བོད་ཀྱི་གཅེས་ཕྲུག) has been translated into Japanese and is forthcoming in French.
