Eva Taylor writes poetry and prose in German and Italian. In 2015 she published the novel Carta da zucchero, which received the 2014 InediTo Prize for unpublished novels and the 2016 Premio Francesco Gelmi di Caporiacco. Read More  The poems translated here appeared in her two Italian collections, Volti di parole (2010) and L’igiene della bocca (2006), both from Edizioni l’Obliquo. She has also published books of poetry in German: Gartenarbeit (San Marco Handpresse, 2010) and Schneebuch, her first German collection, published in 2008 by Dutch publisher Eric van der Wal. Eva Taylor is a member of the Compagnia delle poete.
