Eleen Lin was born in Taiwan and grew up in Thailand. She holds an MFA in painting from Yale University School of Art, and a BA from Slade School of Fine Art, UK. Her work has been exhibited in Guangdong Museum of Art, China; Queens Museum of Art, New York; Gwangju Museum of Art, Korea; and galleries throughout Austria, Thailand, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Lin was the recipient of the Elizabeth Canfield Hicks Award and Sanyu Scholarships, and has participated in the NYFA Immigrant Artist Program, the Fountainhead Residency, the Rancho Linda Vista Residency, and the Bronx Museum of the Arts’s Artist in the Marketplace (AIM) program.
