Cory Oldweiler is an itinerant writer who has spent the past year in northern lower Michigan, New York City, and the Balkans. His criticism has appeared in the Boston Globe, the Los Angeles Review of Books, the Southwest Review, the Washington Post, and other publications. He focuses on literature in translation and served on the long-list committee for the NBCC’s inaugural Barrios Book in Translation Prize in 2022.
