Dan Allon is an Israeli multi-disciplinary artist. He studied comics at Shenkar College and has published newspaper columns, 2 fanzines, and 5. His graphic novels and his stories have been translated and published in Germany and Poland. After completing his bachelor's degree, he studied Hebrew literature and philosophy at Tel Aviv University and completed an MFA at the Hamidrasha School of Art. His work includes artist books, painting, drawing, sound works and installations and has been exhibited in galleries and museums in Israel.
G. H. Freedman, who translates from the Hebrew, is a writer, graphic designer, and illustrator. A graduate of Harvard College and Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, she was previously an editorial illustrator at the Jerusalem Post and art director at SesameStreet.com. She is currently working on a novel for children and lives in New York City with her husband and three sons.
