Sheyla Smanioto was born in Diadema, Brazil in 1990. She earned her master’s in literary theory and history at the University of Campinas. She now lives in São Paulo. Her novel Desesterro won the 2015 Prêmio Sesc de Literatura. Her poetry collection Dentro e folha was publiished by Coletivo Dulcineia Catadora. More at http://sheylasm.com
