Sergi Pàmies

Sergi Pàmies (Paris, 1960) alternates his literary production with media work, including journalism and radio and television scripts. His novels include L’instint (Instinct, 1992), which received the Prudenci Bertrana Prize, and Sentimental (1996). His collection of short stories, La gran novel la sobre Barcelona (The Great Novel of Barcelona) received the Serra díor Criticsí Prize in 1998. His most recent collection is L’últim llibre de Sergi Pàmies (The Final Book of Sergi Pàmies, 2000). He has translated works of Guillaume Apollinaire, Jean-Philippe Toussaint, Agota Kristof, and Daniel Pennac, among others.
