Of Taiwanese origin, Sandrine Kao was born in France and grew up in the Paris area. She is an author and illustrator for young people. Her books include La roue (2011), Le banc (2013), Jambon, fromage et potiron (2014), Le pull (2015) et Un lapin peut changer une vie (2018).
