Robin Ellis is currently in her third year of the UC Berkeley PhD program in German Literature and Culture. After graduating from Oberlin College with a BA in German Literature, she received a Fulbright Student Grant to study the works of German-Turkish women writers in Berlin. Her research interests include translation, multilingual film and literature, and representations of travel.
