Rana Elmaghraby, MD, is a first-year Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellow in the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology at Mayo Clinic, Rochester. An Egyptian citizen who grew up in the Netherlands, she graduated from Weill Cornell Medicine in Qatar. She pursued her dream and applied for psychiatry residency in the US, where she is now an avid advocate for mental health.
