Manjushree Thapa is the author of seven books of fiction and nonfiction about Nepal, and a literary translator. Her translation of the work of 49 Nepali writers was published in The Country is Yours: Contemporary Nepali Literature. She is currently working on a novel, All of Us In Our Own Lives, set in Kathmandu's aid world.
