Lina Prosa lives in Palermo. Her work “Trilogy of the Wreck”—composed of “Lampedusa Beach–Lampedusa Snow–Lampedusa Way”—has been translated into several languages and was awarded the 2015 Dramaturgy Prize by Critica Teatrale Italiana. The author herself staged all three plays in 2014 at the Comédie Française in Paris, and then again in Palermo and the Piccolo Teatro in Milan.
