Librado Silva Galeana

Librado Silva Galeana was born in Santa Ana Tlacotenco, Mexico, in the 1940s. He studied to be a teacher, and is noted for his mastery of classical and contemporary Nahuatl. He writes stories depicting the daily lives of his people, and has also translated a sixteenth-century collection of Huehuetlahtolli.
