Khadija Marouazi was born in Marrakesh in 1961. A member of the Moroccan Organization for Human Rights and general secretary of the Center for the Study of Democracy and Human Rights, she is also a professor of modern literature in the Liberal Arts and Human Sciences Department at Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra.
