João Anzanello Carrascoza

João Anzanello Carrascoza is a writer and advertising editor at JW Thompson in São Paulo. His short fiction "O Vaso Azul" won the Radio France Internationale Guimarães Rosa Prize from Paris and his book O volume do sil'ncio (2006, short stories) won the Jabuti, the most important literary prize from Brazil. Carrascoza is author of several books: Duas tardes (2002, short stories), O aprendiz de inventor (2003, novel), Dias raros (2004, short stories), and others. His short fiction collections have been published in Italian and Spanish.
