Jonathan Schorr is counsel to a few boutique law firms, including Irwin & Hsuan, and has over twenty-five years of finance and tax experience. Previously, Mr. Schorr worked in renewable energy and at Seneca Capital. Prior to that, he was a senior member of the structured finance teams at HSBC Securities and Bear Stearns.
