Prior to that, he was a senior member of the structured finance teams at HSBC Securities and Bear Stearns. He holds a BA in Applied Mathematics from Harvard College, cum laude, a JD degree from Harvard Law School, cum laude, and a master of laws degree in tax from NYU Law School. Mr. Schorr serves on the boards of Words Without Borders and Opening Act and is active with various art organizations and Lincoln Center.
