Hitomi Yoshio is a Japanese literary translator. Her translations include This Is Amiko, Do You Copy? by Natsuko Imamura (Pushkin Press, 2023) and three forthcoming co-translated works by Mieko Kawakami. She is a regular contributor to Monkey literary magazine, where she
translates works by modern Japanese authors such as Ichiyo Higuchi and Midori Osaki.
