Henrry Lezama's translations of essays, poems, and short stories by Latin American authors have appeared in Mandorla 7 (2004), Mipoesias.com 19.3 (2005), The New Review of Literature 2.2 (2005), and Arabesques Review (2.2 Summer 2006, Identities). His current project examines Venezuelan folktales and racial discourse, focusing on Antonio Arraiz's Tio Tigre y Tio Conejo.
