His translations have appeared in Poems for the Millennium, vol. 3 (University of California), The Whole Island: Six Decades of Poetry from Cuba(University of California), and The Oxford Anthology of Latin American Poetry (Oxford, 2008). He is an assistant professor of English at Illinois State University.
