Faruq Hassan

Faruq Hassan is an Urdu poet and he has translated several collections of Urdu fiction into English. He taught English at Dawson College and Urdu at McGill University. Now retired, he is co-translating a selection of short stories by Ikramullah for the Pakistan Writers’ Series, Oxford University Press.
