Dr. Fahd Razy graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and is currently a practicing medical officer at Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah, Kuala Terengganu. He began writing in 2000 and has written short stories, poetry, plays, anecdotes, essays, and other nonfiction. His published books include the poetry collections Menggeledah Nurani, Ikan dalam Jiwa, and Kota Subuh; and the novel Pascasejarah.
