Eliza Vitri Handayani

Eliza Vitri Handayani is the author of From Now On Everything Will Be Different (Vagabond Press, 2015), a novel about Indonesia’s young generation testing the limits of their newfound freedom after the fall of the New Order authoritarian regime in 1998. She is the founder and director of InterSastra, a literary exchange platform, and House of the Unsilenced, an art project that showcases the voices of sexual assault survivors. She is currently on a two-month writing residency in Melbourne, Australia, awarded by the Indonesian National Book Committee.
