Born in Florence in 1970, Elisa Biagini has published six poetry collections including the bilingual L’Ospite (Einaudi 2004) and  Nel Bosco (Einaudi 2007).  The Guest in the Wood (Chelsea), translated by Diana Thow, received the 2014 Best Translated Book Award.
