David Dollenmayer is a literary translator and professor of German at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts. His manuscript translation of Michael Köhlmeier’s novella Idyll with Drowning Dog was awarded the 2010 Translation Prize by the Austrian Cultural Forum in New York....
