Catherine Mansfield is a British translator currently based in Bogotá, Colombia. Her published translations include A History of the World for Rebels and Somnambulists by Spanish author Jesús del Campo (Telegram Books, 2008) and short stories by Ginés S. Cutillas. Her translation of China’s Silent Conquest, a book about the emergence of China by Spanish journalists Juan Pablo Cardenal and Heriberto Araújo, will be published by Penguin Books in 2013.
