Bilal Tanweer completed his undergraduate degree in social sciences and humanities from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Pakistan. His poetry, fiction, and translations have appeared in various literary journals including the Annual of Urdu Studies, Pakistan Academy of Letters' Pakistani Literature, and Alhamra Literary Review. At present he is on a Fulbright scholarship pursuing an MFA in fiction writing at Columbia University.
