Becka Mara McKay

Becka Mara McKay earned an MFA in creative writing from the University of Washington and an MFA in translation from the University of Iowa, where she edited eXchanges, an online journal of translation. She is currently working on her PhD in comparative literature. Her poetry and translations have appeared in ACM, American Letters and Commentary, Columbia, Controlled Burn, Cranky, eXchanges, Hayden's Ferry Review, Third Coast, small spiral notebook, TWO LINES, and others. In 2004 she received a fellowship from the American Literary Translators Association. In 2006 she was nominated for a Pushcart Prize.
