Avriel Goldberger

Avriel Goldberger, an award winning scholar and translator, was named the Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French government in 1988. She is the translator of Germaine de Staël's novels Corinne, or Italy, Delphine, her memoir Ten Years of Exile, and also of Emile Carle's A Life of Her Own.
