Ángel De la Calle

Ángel De la Calle was born in Molinillo de la Sierra, Spain, in 1958.  He began his career in the late seventies in Star magazine Since then, he has collaborated with publications including Besame Mucho, Rambla, El Vibora, and Comix Internacional, as well as La Nueva España and El Comercio, where he publishes a daily strip under the pseudonym Adela C.  De la Calle is co-director of the comics magazine Dentro de la Viñeta, co-director and creator of the International Comics Conference Comic at the Villa de Avilés, and the organizer of the event  La Semana Negra de Gijón.
