Alison Gallup's translations have appeared in Two Lines, Absinthe: New European Writing, Gobshite Quarterly, Bomb, and New Swiss Writing (Solothurn, 2008), and her translation of Christoph Keller's memoir, Der beste Tänzer [The Best Dancer, S. Fischer, 2003] is forthcoming in December 2008 from Ooligan Press (at Portland State University). She holds graduate degrees in art history and has translated many books and essays on art and architecture.
