Hala Shurouf is a Palestinian writer and poet based in Ramallah, and holds a BA in English Literature and Translation from Birzeit University. In 2004, she won the A.M. Qattan Foundation’s Young Writer Award. Her poetry has been translated into English, French, Spanish, and Swedish.
