Xavier Valcárcel (Loíza, 1985) is a Puerto Rican writer, visual artist, and cultural activist. Along with Puerto Rican poet and translator Nicole Delgado, he founded Atarraya Cartonera (San Juan, 2009), the first Cartonera project in the Caribbean.
