Subhashree Beeman is a translator who has translated short stories, excerpts from novels, and literary thought pieces. Her works have appeared in the White Review, Pro/p(r)ose Magazine, and Jill Translations. Her Tamil translation of a short story of Clarice Lispector was recently published by Kalachuvadu Publications. She lives in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
