Pamela Casey was born in Montreal and lives in New York, where she works as an architecture archivist. She has worked as an editor and researcher for architects, taught writing at Columbia University and the Pratt Institute, and adapted Xiaolu Guo’s novel UFO In Her Eyes for the screen—the film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2011. She holds an MFA from Columbia University, where she studied fiction, and is at work on her first novel.
