Niels Lyngsø (b. 1968) debuted in 1992 with the poetry collection Maske & Maskine (Mask & Machine). He has published six collections of poetry and received several Danish awards, including the Michael Strunge Prize and the Danish Arts Foundation’s three-year bursary.
He has translated several books into Danish, including works by Marcel Proust, Michel Houellebecq, Philip Roth, and Junot Diaz. His latest publication is the novel Min ukendte bror (My Unknown Brother), published in 2015 and represented by Copenhagen Literary Agency. More information can be found at www.nielslyngsoe.dk.
