Abdulaziz al-Omairi is an Omani poet and journalist. He was born in Bahla, Oman in 1983. Al-Omairi has participated in and won several poetry competitions in the Sultanate of Oman as well as throughout the Arab world. He was the 2015 recipient of the Burda International Prize. Al-Omairi has presented on several poetry programs throughout Oman. His poetry collection, From the Severed Palm Tree Branch, was published in 2018.
