Michelle Grangaud was elected to the Oulipo in 1995. A specialist of anagrams (to which she has devoted several works, including Stations, a book of poems made up of anagrams of the names of Parisian métro stations) and of palindromes, she is the inventor of new forms including the sestanagrammatina and the avion (an abbreviation of “abbreviation”).
