Play ball! The hit radio show and podcast Selected Shorts comes to The Reser for an evening of joyous and exuberant short fiction about ruthless competition, poetry in motion, and losing with grace . . . or not.

Actors Ito Aghayere (Star Trek: Picard), Tate Donovan (Damages), and Melora Hardin (The Office) present stories that explore what happens when we take one for the team. One of those stories will be from the Words Without Borders archive!

Selected Shorts is produced by Symphony Space in New York City. Our greatest actors transport us through the magic of fiction, one short story at a time. Selected Shorts connects you to the world with a rich diversity of voices from literature, film, theater, and comedy.

TECH & ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Accessible parking spaces are available for vehicles displaying valid, state-issued disability parking placards or license plates. ADA spaces can be found on the 2nd floor of the Beaverton Central Garage, on each level next to the elevators in The Round garage, and in surface lots in Beaverton Central. ADA, Family, and Gender-Neutral restrooms can be found on both floors. The Box Office has an accessible counter to serve patrons and numerous seats on both levels that are ADA accessible. Usher guided assistance to and from your seat is available upon request for patrons who are blind or partially sighted. Assistive Listening Devices are available, free of charge, at the Box Office. Sign language interpreters are available for most productions; please contact the Box Office 14 days in advance. Sensory kits are available at the Box Office for patrons with sensory processing concerns. Guests with disabilities who wish to bring their service animals are welcome to do so; please read their service animal policy here.
