Yanick Lahens

Yanick Lahens lives in Haiti. She is the author of three short-story collections, including Tante Réisa et les dieux, La petite corruption, and La folie était venue avec le pluie, and two award-wining novels, Dans la maion du père and La couleur de l’aube. A longtime professor of literature, she now devotes much of her time to a foundation educating the younger generation in strategies for sustainable development.
