Born in 1977 in Alsace, Nicolas Wild is a former student of the renowned illustration workshops at the École Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Strasbourg. He lives in France and is the author of several graphic novels, including Le Voeu de Marc and Le Bourreau, and the critically acclaimed Kabul Disco: How I Wasn't Kidnapped in Afghanistan.
