Edward Gauvin & Claire Stephens

Edward Gauvin has received fellowships and residencies from PEN America, the NEA, the 
lgian-francophone-fantastical-fiction-to-english-speaking-audiences/" target="_blank">Fulbright program, the Lannan Foundation, and the French Embassy. His work has won the John Dryden Translation prize and the Science Fiction & Fantasy Translation Award, and been nominated for the French-American Foundation and Oxford Weidenfeld Translation Prizes. Other publications have appeared in the New York TimesTin HouseSubtropicsWorld Literature Today, and  Weird Fiction Review. Claire Stephens was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas, in 1987. She is a cartoonist and a writer, mostly of science fiction and personal essays like Lady in Ink, a comics chapbook about tattoos and gender that was released in 2015. Her MFA thesis won the 2013 Outstanding Thesis or Dissertation Award at the University of South Florida. You can find her work in Prick of the Spindle, A Bad Penny Review, and elsewhere. She currently teaches writing at the University of South Florida.
