Rachel Morgenstern-Clarren is a New York-based poet, translator, and editor. Her honors include a Fulbright Fellowship, a Hopwood Award, and an Academy of American Poets Prize, as well as residencies from the Vermont Studio Center and the Banff International Literary Translation Centre. Recent poems and translations from Brazilian Portuguese appear/are forthcoming in literary journals including Guernica, Narrative, The Common, Brooklyn Rail InTranslation, Asymptote, and Two Lines. She is currently an MFA candidate in poetry and literary translation at Columbia University.
